FAQ

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your product(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of payment.

You don't offer x size/color.

Contact me and you may see a poll on the blog or site. If there are a considerable amount of votes for the new color/size, there is a chance you'll see it in the shop! However, this is not guaranteed. Because I release designs in collections, the colors and styles for a specific design will be limited.

I received the wrong shirt.

Contact me at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. Return the incorrect shirt in new condition and the correct shirt will be sent free of shipping charge.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes!
What shipping method do you use?

I only use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for both domestic and international orders. This is to avoid complications and scams.
What payment methods do you accept?

This shop uses Stripe to process payments; any card that is "Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club" are accepted. Paypal is also supported for those who prefer its services.
How are your products produced?

The designs for This Skin I'm In graphic tees are developed in my hand or little black sketchbook then hand drawn by me, never by outsourced artists, on digital software--a process that is then followed by much tweaking, enhancement and revision. The tees themselves are 100% made in America--American Apparel tees DTG printed by a local CA screen printer, Ablaze Apparel. This Skin I'm In stuffed animals are designed, hand cut, and individually sewn, making each Standie™ unique in her own way.
Do you sale wholesale?

Yes! If you own a business and can provide proof of such, email me at [email protected] for a quote and ordering information. Only bulk orders are accepted.
How can I help the TSII community?

  • If you have a Canon or other HQ camera on hand, like your smartphone, you can be a model! I would love your help to expand the lookbook. At the moment, there are no bonus incentives to do this other than the fact that you are helping a burgeoning community and spreading love with your beauty!
